This is a key role within the organisation where the successful candidate will be working on highly technical assignments at any phase of the engineering project, from developing control systems for new projects to the modification and support of existing design Servo control systems. The role will necessitate interaction with multi-disciplinary teams and cover everything from concept through to requirements, design, testing integration and customer presentation of solutions for acceptance. Essential Personal Attributes; Experience of MATLAB/Simulink with Embedded Coder and Fixed Point Designer toolset Ability to design Simulink models suitable for auto code generation. Experience of Servo control design, simulation and testing. Design of accurate pointing, motion and high disturbance rejection servo controllers. Design of pointing on LOS, motion and high disturbance rejection gyro servo controllers. Experience of selection and sizing of motors, servo drives and power supplies. Ability to work as part of a team with mechanical, electrical and software engineers to achieve the optimum design solutions. Educated to Degree Level within a relevant engineering discipline Excellent communication skills at all levels Occasional travel to customer sites both in the UK and rest of the World with some unsocial working hours may be required from time to time, therefore you will have a valid passport and a full driving licence. A fantastic permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and skilled CNC Turner, based at our very well respected engineering and manufacturing client in the Norwich area. The successful candidate will have proven experience within a similar role and will be apprenticeship trained or a time served engineer. You will therefore will be able to Machine high quality components guided by technical drawings and within defined time limits, program new jobs as and when required in the most efficient way possible and set up and run different CNC machines with a minimum of supervision. This position offers excellent and clean working conditions within a company with an excellent working culture, as well as further development and training opportunities. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday on an alternating two shift pattern (Week 1 Monday -Thursday 6:00am - 2:00pm Friday 6:00am - 1:00pm, Week 2 Monday -Thursday 2:00pm - 10:00pm Friday 1:00pm - 8:00pm)

Process11 Recruitment currently have a fantastic permanent career opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Inspector, based at our very highly respected engineering and manufacturing client in the Norwich area. This is a key role where the you will help ensure that all products meet the quality requirements of the customer and the organisation. As a hands-on Mechanical Inspector, you will be responsible for executing general inspection functions both visual and dimensional, including correctly and properly using mechanical measuring devices and reporting results. The successful candidate will possess previous experience within a Quality/Inspection capacity and you will ideally have a sound mechanical engineering knowledge/relevant mechanical qualifications. You will therefore be fully comfortable in completing inspections to engineering drawings, conducting measurements such as length, height, and distance, using precision instruments such as micrometres, vernier callipers, dial test indicators, Faro arm and coordinate measuring machine. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels with very good attention to detail skills and a positive 'can do' approach. This is a role which could involve occasional travel to customer sites both in the UK and globally, therefore you will also possess a full driving licence and a valid passport with no travel restrictions

Due to continued growth within our Norwich based Engineering and Manufacturing client, Process11 Recruitment currently have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Fitter. Reporting to the Fitting Team Leader, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe mechanical assembly of a range of world class products. This will include building and manufacturing items from component level to sub-assembly level and through to the assembly of complete systems. Required Skills: • Ability to read and fully understand technical engineering drawings for assembly and component parts • Excellent bench fitting skills using a variety of hand and electric tools • Ability to use a selection of manual machine tools such as Lathes, Milling Machines, Surface Grinders and Pedestal Drills, working to tight tolerances • Ability to use precision measurement equipment such as Micrometers, Vernier s and Slip Gauges Qualifications and Education requirements: • Completed a recognised apprenticeship as a Mechanical Fitter, Machine Builder, Assembly Technician or similar • Must be educated to a minimum of NVQ/City & Guilds level 3 in a relevant discipline This is a fantastic career opportunity working in a modern and clean manufacturing facility.
