My client are a leading IT Service Management Consultancy and Partner to BMC. Due to an increased workload they are expanding their Service Desk for Managed Service Clients. The role will require Management of Tickets into the support desk via phone, email and service portal. You will be responsible for entering high quality updates into the ITSM tool prior to managing tickets through to a satisfactory solution. The service desk operates from Monday to Friday 7-7 with an on-call rota. You will be expected to work on shift and also as part of the on-call team. Our on-call callouts are very low, 1-2 tickets a month. You will be working on tickets from our customers which use a range of BMC and client owned Service Management products. Training will be provided on how to triage under the guidance of the Service Delivery Support manager and the wider professional service and technology office teams. The role is an exciting opportunity to work within a small team with opportunities to move into a consulting role. As well as the chance to gain a wealth of experience across the Service Management sector and across by the BMC and client product sets. Suitable candidates will be educated to Degree Level in an IT based subject, or have 12 months experience of working in the ITSM environment.
