Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting new Digital Marketing opportunity. This person will champion digital marketing within the company and enable the brand to connect to the digital world in a meaningful and relevant way to our customers, by producing ongoing marketing and campaign plans across email, CRM, SEO, website and social media. DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE THE ROLE: Create engaging and informative email and social media marketing content to increase customer base Plan and execute personalised, data-driven email communications to boost customer retention and loyalty Leverage customer insights, segmentation, and analytics to build a deeper understanding of audience behaviours Design and implement automated marketing workflows to enhance targeting, frequency, and relevance of campaigns Drive growth in audience reach and engagement through continuous testing and optimisation strategies Improve campaign performance by refining email and social media engagement tactics Attract new customers to the business Actively monitor user interactions to improve website experience and continuously evolve on site content Ensure all online content adheres to SEO best practices to maximise visibility and discoverability Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to keep the strategy current and competitive Develop and evolve the social media strategy to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement Be accountable for monitoring key analytics and reporting success across all platforms DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE THE PERSON: Professionalism Self-Motivator, strong work ethic Commercial mindset with a genuine willingness to drive projects forward Excellent copywriter and visually creative Ability to get the basics right when there are competing priorities Customer focused Excellent communication skills with an approachable friendly personality Attention to detail with ability to self-check output Commitment to deliver targets and requirements as expected DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE - THE REWARDS: Salary: £35k Benefits including: pension, free parking, social events, and lots more! An HR Officer is needed to join an established and growing multi-site business at their office on the outskirts of Exeter. This is a newly created role and a rare opportunity for a proactive HR professional to join a fast paced, entrepreneurial business leading the way in its sector. HR Officer The Role: This is a business-critical role where you will be responsible for aspects of the HR function, working closely with the Group HR Manager. Duties will include: Supporting the Group HR Manager in delivering the business s operational and people strategy and objectives. Work closely with managers to deliver a great employee lifecycle experience for staff from application to retirement, providing guidance, advice, coaching and hands on support. Taking ownership for all day-to-day HR admin including starters, leavers, holiday and sickness admin, recruitment process, contracts, references etc; ensuring complete and accurate personnel records. Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and providing advice on all Employee Relations matters. Ensuring HR cases are handled fairly and inline with legislation and company policies, escalating complex cases to the Group HR Manager Supporting the business with change management and contributing to HR projects e.g. policy reviews, process improvements Actively champion correct use of the HR system and automation features, proactively identifying and resolving any systems issues. Supporting the payroll processes and liaising with finance colleagues. Assisting with HR reports, data analysis and operational planning. HR Officer The Rewards: Salary : £35-38k DOE Hours: Mon Fri, 40hrs per week Location: In office HR Officer The Person: We are keen to hear from experienced HR practitioners keen to work in a growing, dynamic business, You will have practical experience of providing first line advice to operational managers, backed up with current employment law and HR best practice knowledge. You will be a self-starter with excellent organisation and accuracy with the ability to prioritise your work. You ll be a first-rate communicator who is able to build relationships across all levels of the business; inspiring, influencing and empowering others to achieve. CIPD Level 3 or CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable, however we welcome applications from individuals with relevant experience who are working towards qualification.
