We have an exciting opportunity as we are adding an additional Home Admissions Advisor to our team. We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated and compassionate sales person who will work alongside our current Home Admissions Advisor ensuring the effective daily operation of Sales and Marketing whilst meeting and exceeding budget targets and filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue. You will demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and customer service at all times whilst promoting the values and vision of the Cinnamon Care Collection. Our HAA's are expected to promote the homes at all times and to carry out external business development, establishing community and professional links. Main Responsibilities: Update the Sales and Marketing activity database on an ongoing basis and produce activity reports on a daily, weekly or ad hoc basis. Co-ordinate input from all team members. Assist in answering all general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, brochure requests, internet enquiries and other channels. Acquire information and collate responses and data from customers as required, including chasing up outstanding information. Assist at Sales and Marketing events with special emphasis on preparation for and coordination of all sales events and exhibitions. Record and follow up sales leads to ensure sales targets are met. Ensure that all reports are prepared within the required timescale and are accurate. Manage and keep up to date the information on the pipeline of potential residents, and when they are likely to become permanent residents, in order to maximise revenue and meet sales targets. Develop new contacts and maintain regular and close contacts with all key care influences. Identify new sales opportunities and ensure that, where possible, these come to completion. Flexibility in covering the Sales & Marketing office over seven days, including weekends and evening hours as and when required. Person Specification This role involves working very closely with the General Manager. You will need to be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable. Confident and enthusiastic with a desire to excel in all areas. You will need to possess the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to work under pressure. The ability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships, including influencing skills is essential.

Awarded One of the UK s Best Companies to Work For We are recruiting a relief maintenance person to work across the portfolio of Cinnamon Luxury Care to support our homes where needed and assist with redecoration works. This role will cover all of our homes based in the South of England, London, Midlands and Sheffield so travel and overnight stays will be required with mileage paid. We are looking for a dynamic individual with an eye for detail and passion for care. This is a hands-on role and appropriate experience and relevant qualifications in minor electrical, plumbing, joinery work and understanding of central heating systems and decorating experience is desirable. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure high standards of maintenance throughout the home and grounds. You will organise and undertake general maintenance which may include; basic plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating, groundwork, general building work, replace light bulbs, cleaning gutters, etc. Main Responsibilities: • Ensure high standards of maintenance throughout the homes covered, completing all legislative checks and repairs identified within the governance system. • Complete internal and external decoration works • Travel to different locations to complete projects or attend to maintenance, checks and repairs needed • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment • Stay updated on industry standards and ensure compliance with relevant codes • Undertake NICEIC training and replace like for like electrical items • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and working practices • Report any accidents immediately to the Manager on duty and GPSM, complete appropriate documentation immediately We are looking for appropriate experience and relevant qualifications in minor electrical work and an understanding of central heating systems. We are looking for a host/hostess to work on an 'as and when' basis to cover ad hoc sickness and pre-planned annual leave. Rotas are planned in advance so you will be given notice of days/weeks to be worked. The Host/Hostess supports all catering functions within the home and, alongside the Head Chef and other catering team members ensures that all dining services are efficient and that the required Health & Safety measures are adhered to within the department. The Host/Hostess is a key person in delivering excellent food service, and will get to know residents likes and dislikes, and will liaise regularly with the Care Services Manager to ensure all hydration and nutritional needs are met at all time. Main Responsibilities Support the Head Chef and other catering team members to deliver all catering services throughout the home, ensuring resident choice at all times. Ensure that every mealtime is an outstanding dining experience and that all residents are aware of the choices available to them. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining room and food storage areas at all times in accordance with the appropriate food hygiene regulations. Ensure that tables are correctly laid and meet the high standards of expectation within Cinnamon homes. Ideally experience as a Restaurant Waiter/Waitress preferred, however a background in hospitality is considered.
