As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead planned and reactive maintenance activities across a manufacturing site. You will ensure machinery up time, drive continuous improvement and support production teams. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across the site Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC faults Support machine/process optimisation and engineering improvements Ensure all maintenance activity follows safe working systems (including LOTO) Support lean initiatives including 5S and waste-reduction projects Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
