Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor Quantity Surveyor - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in East Anglia. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £100m. The initial project includes an extension to a public sector building in Norwich to provide additional communal facilities as part of the MoJ framework (£6m). They are also partners on several frameworks including, MOJ, P22 / P23+, Department for Education (DfE) and MOD alongside regional frameworks in the East Midlands, and as such have a pipeline of £3bn over the next 5 years and a full order book for 2025 and into 2027.
