Position Overview: The Field Service Engineer will focus on the servicing, maintenance of specialist vehicles and other company equipment, you will be responsible for: Fault diagnosis, repair and routine maintenance of specialist vehicles and other company equipment. Ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines. Keeping up to date with administrative responsibilities ensuring that all routine maintenance or repair work is subject of an accurate and timely written report. Evaluating, modifying, and preparing machines for hire at Dawsongroup EMCdepots and customers locations. First Line Repair, Fault Reporting for second line repairs and providing technical advice to third party engineers where required. To be successful Field Service Engineer will hold: A City and Guilds/ONC level 2qualification or equivalent Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical circuits, gearboxes or sweeper vehicles. Have a great level of communication skills and customer service with the ability to demonstrate the values and ethics of Dawsongroup plc Have a flexible and adaptable approach to your role and be able to work well on your own initiative with minimum supervision. Hold a Full, Clean UK driving licence.
