As a Store Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of 16 staff, managing a store with an annual turnover of approximately £950k. This role offers the satisfaction of driving sales and profit through effective store management, ensuring high standards in all areas, and taking full responsibility for store security. The candidate must be adept at handling disciplinary and grievance issues, and willing to undertake further training and development as required. Flexibility regarding working hours and occasional cover at other branches is necessary.
