This position is a full-time and permanent position and has a base in Hampshire. This position is available due to the retirement of one of the agency's longest serving managers. You will be based from home, but will have the office in Hampshire for your use at anytime. The successful candidate will develop the services in the region together with their small, highly motivated team. You will be deputised by a Team Manager, 3 social workers and an experienced administrator, plus oversee 17 fostering families.
