The Role - Contract Manager - Fire & Security This leadership role suits someone who has managed contract agreements when passed from Sales to ensure worth working on and company protected and profitable before doing work. Then monitor quality and cost as project managers Install the projects, to ensure the ,standards, and profit remains or increases during. You would have technical Knowledge of CCTV, ACcess Control, Fire alarm systems. This role will focus on carrying out take-offs using Bluebeam (Can train on the software) if done takeoffs before in other ways , identifying differences between tendered works and actual site requirements, and working closely with Project Managers to understand and quantify variations, cost impacts, and commercial opportunities from Site Instructions. You'll then provide information to the Quantity Surveying/ Design team to support valuations, invoicing, applications for payment. Fire Alarm experience is not required.
