Production Assembly Operator (Days Regular) Ebbw Vale Manufacturing Full time Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Production Assembly Operators to join our clients manufacturing site based within the Ebbw Vale area. Our client a global organisation who have sites worldwide, offer a good working environment, progression opportunities and a day's regular shift pattern. To be considered for this role candidates will need experience having worked within a similar role, (Production Assembly) & will need to be confident using hand held tooling (hand held rivets, screwdrivers etc) Hours of work include: 06:00am - 14:30pm Monday - Thursday. Early finish on Fridays of 12:30pm. Duties of the role will include: Working across the assembly and sub assembly areas, working to assembly KPI's and targets. Assemble components & product according to work instructions and production schedules. Inspect/test and verify parts for quality, fit, and alignment before and during assembly. Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently. Follow standardized work instructions and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of assembled products to ensure consistency and reliability Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all materials and tools are properly stored. Desired criteria: Previous background within an assembly related role/manufacturing/production/factory background. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments. Ability to read and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP's) Comfortable working in a fast paced production environment We are fully compliant with eligibility to work in the UK regulations, accredited by the REC, members of the ALP and have a GLA licence.
