Oversee credit control process with Sales Ledger Assistant, taking on the more complex cases. Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. Process invoices, expenses, and payroll as needed. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including processing payments and resolving financial issues. Deal with ad hoc finance queries and issues as they arise from the businesses.Financial Reporting and Analysis: Run month end procedures including journals and reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of both standalone and consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyse financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance. Generate financial statements working papers and schedules for review by the Head of Finance.Financial Systems and Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve financial systems, processes, and controls.
