Job Requirements Proven experience in estimating within the roofing, cladding, construction, or building envelope industry (or similar construction sector). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
