Skills & Experience: Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline. Experience in a quality engineering or assurance role within aerospace, defence, or a similarly regulated industry. Strong knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001 standards and auditing techniques. Proficient in root cause analysis tools (e.g. 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys) and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a methodical and analytical approach.
