Based near London UK-wide travel (with occasional international trips) Salary: Competitive / negotiable (DOE) We're looking for a Smart Locker Service Engineer to join our growing team, supporting the servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of smart locker systems across the UK. This is a hands-on, field-based role combining hardware, software, and IT networking, with plenty of variety and customer interaction. What you'll be doing Servicing and maintaining smart locker systems Fault finding, diagnostics, and on-site rectification Carrying out lock conversions and hardware upgrades Software updates, configuration, and system commissioning Supporting network connectivity and IT-related issues Working directly with clients on-site (clear communication is key) Travelling nationally, with occasional international travel What we're looking for Experience with smart systems, or Access control systems Solid IT and networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, connectivity, troubleshooting) Confident working with software platforms and system updates Strong fault-finding skills across hardware and software Able to work independently and manage your own workload Competent, reliable, and solutions-focused A genuine people person with good customer-facing skills Full UK driving licence Why join us?
