This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with general freight forwarding experience who enjoys both the operational and customer-facing sides of logistics. You'll play a key role in supporting a close-knit operations team while managing key client accounts to ensure service excellence and continued business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across Air, Ocean, and Road freight. Serve as a primary contact for key customer accounts - ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. Support the operations team (currently 3 Operators) to ensure efficiency and high performance. Coordinate shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
