Delivering strategicworkplace solutions that enable growth and performance The SeniorProperty and Workplace Manager leads the strategic management of corporate real estate and facilities operations, ensuring effective budget control, compliance, and workspace optimisation. The role oversees Softcat's prestigious Northern offices , requiring strong experience in property, facilities management, financial oversight, and data-driven decision making. As a SeniorProperty and Workplace Manager, you'll beresponsible for: Developing and delivering workplace and real estate strategies aligned to business growth and operational goals Leading the management of offices, facilities, workplace services, and property portfolios to optimise performance and employee experience Managing budgets, financial forecasting, contracts, suppliers, and cost-savinginitiatives to maximise value Drivingworkplace projects, office moves, refurbishments, and capital improvements with minimal business disruption Ensuring compliancewith health, safety, environmental, security, and regulatory requirements across all locations Leading and developing high-performing teams while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to shape workplace strategy and outcomes.
