This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment for pupils, staff, and visitors across our academic buildings. The Role Working closely with the Assistant Cleaning Manager, you will lead and support a team of Domestic Cleaners, helping to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the School. Your responsibilities will include planning cleaning schedules, carrying out quality checks, managing cleaning supplies, and supporting the recruitment, training, and development of team members. Most importantly, you will inspire and motivate your team, leading by example and fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. The position requires working six days per week, either on a Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday schedule, from 6:00am to 12:30pm, throughout the year (52 weeks per annum).
