Plumbers, Domestic Repairs CR to SM or KT to TW Postcodes Current labour achieving an average of 43 to 45k in normal hours. Higher achievers over 50k Van, training, uniform, extensive benefits package. Medium sized repairs and maintenance specialist looking for plumbers to join their rapidly growing team. All work being completed in private domestic properties with the successful plumbers working mainly in the postcodes above, depending on where you live. There are lots of opportunities for growth within this company and they offer a very competitive salary with potential earnings on top of your basic salary. The call out rota is 1 week in 12 at 150 per weekend and OT hourly rate. The current labour average around 40 to 50k with very little out of hours to reach that. Extensive benefits package. This is a permanent position, full-time 5 day week, Monday to Saturday with rotas up to 3 months ahead, roughly 1 Saturday per month, occasional Sunday. Electrical Supervisor, Social Housing Repairs Essex and North London 48k basic, van, large organisation benefits package, OTE 50k This large housing maintenance specialist is looking for an experienced electrical supervisor with recent previous experience in a similar role, to manage a team of electricians and trainees. The main responsibilities will be to train new staff, technically support the experienced electricians and relationship building with the team and client on an on-going daily basis. You will also be required to have regular communication with the NICEIC to ensure the company complies with all their respective rules for continued enrolment. Qualifications Required 18th edition, Level 3 or equivalent, a current testing qualification. Benefits include Long service awards; continuous service at key achievements are rewarded. Electrician, Domestic Maintenance Based: Essex or North London patches available 40k basic, circa 45k with OT Van, fuel, training Interview and start ASAP Qualified Electricians required for large housing maintenance specialist with ongoing work on a contract that has work on social housing properties. Due to the nature of the contract and where their properties are located, there will be some driving involved, but every effort is made to keep the electrician in one area each day. Suitable candidates must be competent with domestic electrical repairs and have excellent customer service skills. There are also opportunities for training and development. Suitable Electricians must hold 18th edition, and a level 3 or equivalent and ideally a testing qualification for EICRs, but not essential.
