Key Responsibilities Support and execute manufacturing trials across EMEA sites Prepare and maintain trial plans, reports and site-specific documentation Conduct product tasting and quality assessments against standards Work closely with QA and QC to manage compliance and mitigate risk Coordinate reference samples and track product release timelines Build strong working relationships with third-party manufacturers Manage technical tasks within internal systems to ensure project delivery About You Exposure to manufacturing, food/beverage production, quality, or product development Comfortable working in factory environments and engaging with site teams Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communicator with a willingness to learn Open to international travel (up to 50%) This role is ideal for someone who wants development, responsibility and exposure not just routine lab or office work.
