HV Control Engineer required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Poland. Responsibilities In real-time on knowledge on ongoing work and the priorities of each job. Manage the power distributions of the OWF. Monitor and Operate the OWF. Manage OWF trough SCADA and other information systems. Provide rapid restoration in case of faulty situations. Maintain an overview of the network security and availability. Ensure adherence to project Safety Rules. Create safe Processes for 1st energizations. Create switching schedules for 1st energizations. Issue/approve switching schedules. Take responsibility as Person in Control of the electrical Installation during work. Monitor, approve, issue PtW. Safely operate the plant under Electrical Safety Rules alongside other procedures. Create switching schedules for the creation of a safe workplace for all work on the electrical system. Issue/approve switching schedules. Perform Switching Tasks. Contribute to the design stage ensuring needs of operator are considered. Familiarize with the electrical system by participating in FAT/SAT testing as required. Contribute to the development of the Client ESR. Act as ambassador for Client ESR promoting safety culture within the team. Uphold the Client Electrical Safey Rules and other Electrical Safety Procedures. Perform remote switching operations as required. Authorize the de/re-activation of parts of the electrical installation. Plan and prepare electrical works on the electrical installation as delegated by the PREI. Communicate all outages and activities affecting the HV system to PREI. Communicate and coordinate directly with all AP/SAPs who are carrying out works at the system. Safeguard the system and hence, individuals in the event of any abnormal occurrence, communicate with PREI and ensure actions are taken to correct the abnormality. Initiate site-specific emergency response procedures and warn of any abnormal conditions/system changes that could affect personnel working at the system. Authorize issuing and acknowledge cancellation of any electrical site-specific documentation, Maintain a written record of all switching operations, removal of safety precautions and document management, Review electrical works requests, RAMS and access all electrical risks and work the ePTW Process, Operate Scada, record of equipment status and maintain a log of all operational activities on the system. Ensure that at change of shift, the CE taking over has been fully briefed and understood the operating conditions of the system. Monitoring the Windfarm SCADA systems and responding to alarms. Training O&M staff to take over the control of the operations. Liaise with the TSO to implement boundary co-ordination and safety precautions. Requirements Experienced in HV commissioning, Operations under electrical safety rules, Safety documentation, switching schedules, Electrical regulations/ Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Polish is desirable. Full and valid GWOs.

SCADA Engineer required for a Major Offshore Wind Developer based in the UK. Responsibilities: Provide independent supervision and coordination of SCADA commissioning activities within EPC Electrical Systems. Manage and oversee FAT, SAT, SIT, and on-site SCADA commissioning execution in accordance with project timelines. Ensure compliance with Clients standards, project technical specifications, National Grid requirements, HSE rules, and applicable local legislation. Assume day-to-day responsibility for SCADA commissioning activities on site, including contractor supervision and coordination. Review, witness, and verify commissioning tests for communication networks, radio systems, telephone systems, Substation Control Systems (SCS), WTG SCADA, grid compliance systems, metering systems, and VTMS (where applicable). Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) of commissioning activities, including verification of documentation and test records. Sign off contractor checklists and ensure timely closure of punch lists and snag items. Draft, implement, and maintain the SCADA Commissioning Plan, defining scope, deliverables, QA/QC requirements, interfaces, and timelines. Provide structured progress reporting to the SCADA Package Manager and Commissioning Manager, highlighting risks, deviations, and mitigation measures. Coordinate closely with SCADA contractors, Electrical Commissioning Managers, and relevant stakeholders to align SCADA commissioning with the overall project commissioning plan. Ensure SCADA systems meet National Grid grid code obligations during commissioning and support compliance verification processes. Support short offshore commissioning assignments as required. Comply with corporate IT security policies, including installation and use of mandatory mobile device management software and adherence to data protection requirements. Requirements Relevant hands-on experience in SCADA commissioning on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects. Proven experience with Hitachi MicroSCADA and Substation Control Systems (SCS). In-depth knowledge of National Grid requirements and grid compliance processes, including practical experience ensuring SCADA systems meet grid code obligations during commissioning. Ability to independently manage SCADA commissioning interfaces without escalation on fundamental compliance matters. Technical background at B.Sc. level or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related discipline. Experience aligned with IPMA B/C, PMP, or equivalent project management methodologies (advantageous). Strong stakeholder management skills and structured documentation practices. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-pressure commissioning environments. Valid GWO certification (mandatory). Willingness and physical ability to undertake short-notice offshore assignments.

Strong background as the commercial lead with commercial responsibility where you were responsible for procuring, negotiating and managing contracts and associated risks, as well as managing suppliers and sub-contractors. Have a professional, dynamic and agile approach to ensure the successful commercial delivery of mega onshore capital projects covering the entire range of procurement and commercial activities from development into execution to achieve the strategic goals of the business. FRICS/MRICS / Quantity Surveying Degree educated or have an equivalent direct entry to a recognised appropriate professional body. A deep understanding of financial impacts, operational requirements, and capital projects to make informed and responsible decisions. Contracts Manager required for a Major Distribution Network Operator in the UK. Responsibilities: Support P&C Manager / Senior CM in negotiating contract T&C's for projects of significant value (from 50M to 500M) and subsequent commercial management of the delivery phase. Negotiate contract prices and ensure all contract prices can be substantiated and provide value for money to consumers. Have extensive demonstrable stakeholder engagement and management skills are essential, as is the ability to influence, lead and resolve disputes together with problem solving. Be involved in cost and forecast management via regular cost reporting and ensuring change management procedures are adhered to, payment and expenditure management, Cost estimating. Provide robust post contract commercial management which will support the project goals and objectives including negotiating/agreeing compensation events and ensuring that the core principles of the Commercial Manual are being implemented. Comply with all safety policies and procedures, promote safety and safe working practices both internally and externally to improve safety performance. Requirements A Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification and ideally have or be working towards professional membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CICES.
