Offer expert advice, guidance, and technical support to HSE Risk Owner during planning, pre-mobilisation, mobilisation and execution phases of diving activities and campaigns. Ensure that diving operations are complying with national diving legislation. Ensure that diving operations are complying with rsted's Diving requirements and IMCA Guidelines. Ensure that diving operations are risk assessed correct and carried out as safe as possible. Ensure that diving a diving project plan has been developed and reviewed.
