Cost Controller for a major offshore wind project in Scotland Responsibilities Deliver, maintain, and manage robust cost management frameworks, procedures, and tools with responsibility for accurate project cost reporting and analysis. Develop and maintain project budgets and cost reports on behalf of the Project/Package Managers ensuring EAC (Estimate at Completion) forecasts are available at a suitable level for each financial month end, board meetings, and lenders construction reports. Monitor and control project actuals, value of work done (VOWD), commitments and forecast costs against approved budgets and prepare accurate project reports for senior management. Responsible for maintaining a robust change control process within the project and recommend actions accordingly. Support package managers in variation orders (VOs) process and drawdowns from project contingency funds. Liaise with Planning to ensure accurate and timely control and forecasting of budgets and ensure that the impact of all change requests is properly assessed and included in the schedule. Supervise and monitor monthly cost reports from project contractors and /or consultants ensuring timely and accurate accrual submissions to finance. Support finance in validating monthly invoice/billing requests from contractors and/or consultants are correct and in-line with approved budget and any variations challenged. Participate in cost and estimate risk analysis sessions as required. Work closely with the Finance Team. Experience/Knowledge Proven track record of working as a cost control professional on Small/Mid/Large capital project(s) within offshore wind and/or other energy sectors. Experience in project cost management - cost estimating, cost budgeting, change control, commitments, VOWD, cost forecasting, progress reporting, WBS structures etc. in a project development, engineering or construction environment. Demonstrates ability to identify areas for improved efficiency on projects and has previous experience implementing strategies to achieve more efficient working Relevant degree qualification is preferred but not essential. Candidates with 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role but with lesser qualifications will also be considered.

Description: Supervise the site work activities to ensure they are being delivered in accordance with Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Environmental requirements. Coordinate site construction works and activities with contractors and consultants ensuring safety documentation is in place. Verify site construction progress and programme are accurately reflected contractor project documentation. Provide daily diaries and weekly updates to the CPPM and CPM. Liaison with various local authorities and departments, statutory bodies, landowners and tenants, community groups and leaders and wider stakeholders. Attend joint briefings, talks, inspections and audits, meetings and events with the supply chain. Ensure project risks are identified, understood and matters escalated as appropriate. Liaise with Technical, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Project Services to facilitate and support the procurement of the works packages and the delivery of site construction. Capture lessons learned in relation to the implementation of the construction works at site to contribute to continually improvement and knowledge management initiatives to improve the delivery of projects. Essential Functional / Technical Skills Holds relevant Engineering Trade/Supervisor qualifications such as City and Guilds or CITB Holds relevant safety qualifications such as SSTS, SMSTS, NEBOSH Ability to review SSoW (including RAMS & PoWRA) and environmental mitigation plans and controls, understand the requirements of Quality Inspection and Test Plans, undertake Safety and Quality Audits and Inspections and to oversee the implementation on site of all such activities on site including corrective actions as necessary. Demonstrates understanding of key project management considerations for major projects delivery e.g. project definition and set up, planning, cost, risk, quality and commercial management. Good IT Skills including maintaining daily diaries and writing weekly reports. Ability to feed into constructability reviews and Lessons Learned sessions. Ability to communicate with Project Team Members, Contractors, and external Third Parties Personal Attributes / Competencies Regards safety as the highest priority. Ability to effectively supervise and manage site construction definition and delivery issues and able to analyse and prioritise key delivery risks and issues for the project on an ongoing basis. Experience Experience in supervision and site construction management of significant work packages in a relevant discipline or subject matter field. Experience of participation in medium/large construction delivery teams identifying and managing interfaces in the best interests of the project. Ensure reliable, automated, and monitored data flows into the Bronze layer of the Medallion architecture. Work within clients existing security framework to establish compliant connectivity to operational data sources. Build and maintain Silver and Gold layer transformations in Databricks using Python and SQL. Onboard datasets into Unity Catalog, ensuring proper governance, lineage, and discoverability. Platform Collaboration & Delivery Support the ML/Data Scientist in preparing clean, structured datasets for anomaly detection and asset performance modelling. Contribute to technical documentation and ensure pipelines are maintainable and transferable. Stay current on Databricks and Azure platform developments relevant to the stack. Support the Digital & AI Strategy Manager in assessing feasibility of new data source integrations as the roadmap evolves. Responsibilities: Responsible for electrical issues accordingly to the affected Country's legislation and regulation. Delegating scopes of works for the whole team of Transmission Specialist on sites both offshore and onshore work scopes. Responsible for and managing rotaplan's for all Transmission Specialist and Operators on site. Leading all improvements of instructions and site-specific instructions improvements related to High Voltage electrical operations on sites. Implementation of the clients Electrical Safety Rules on site, including the safe system of Work. Advise operationally on high voltage electrical installations to WTG, offshore substations and both HV submarine and onshore cables. Oversee safe commissioning of grid connections, onshore substations and associated MV/HV/LV plant and equipment. Oversee all MV/HV/LV electrical operational activities to ensure safety, security and integrity of the HV network. Contribute to proactive management, good coordination and communication between all parties and that the process works effectively. Coordinate MV/HV/LV commissioning activities through the project construction Stages. Advise operationally on high voltage electrical installations to WTG, offshore substations and both HV submarine and onshore cables. Oversee all MV/HV/LV electrical operational activities to ensure safety, security and integrity of the HV network. Oversee and the delegation of planning of all switching activities on sites, both offshore and onshore activities. Controlling the safety documents for the Electrical Safety Rules on site. Reviewing the high voltage scope of work. Knowledge and experience with country specific standards. Requirements: Several years of operation and commissioning experience within the field of high voltage electricity, offshore experience preferable. Appropriate electrical qualification and background related to the authorization scope. Minimum 3 year of working experience within onshore substations systems. Complete and up to date GWO courses and HUET with CA-EBS if required by site (climbing gear person weight limit - 120kg/264lb).

Offshore Environmental Advisor for a major offshore wind project in The United Kingdom Responsibilities Liaison and update the project environmental team on offshore contractors, risks and documents. Undertake environmental inspections of vessels working on the project and windfarm assets (WTGs, OFCS). Engagement with the offshore package leads to communicate environmental compliance requirements and environmental management standards. Engagement with the project HS team to ensure alignment of HS-E standards and documents. Review and update local offshore environmental management controls including the offshore environmental plan, and development of other specific offshore documents. Post contract award review site documentation to ensure that it meets contract requirements Receive and review contractors risk assessments / method statements, environmental plans etc and work with project management to approve submitted documents. Facilitate environmental meetings with contractors and represent environmental interests. Collate environmental incidents/near miss statistics from all contractors on the project and submit report to project management team established procedures (in liaison with Health &Safety team). Lead or assist with offshore environmental incident investigation as applicable. Ensure the site contractors report environmental incidents to the appropriate Authorities as applicable and as per project protocols Support the project environmental manager on requirements for project environmental reporting Requirements Experience in environmental compliance and environmental management. Experience in conducting detailed environmental audits and inspections. Working knowledge of UK offshore environmental legislation. Experience of offshore construction activities. In possession of valid GWO certificate.
