Things you will be working on Office Operations: Own day-to-day office management, including ordering supplies, office maintenance, and managing vendor relationships. Facilities Coordination: Act as the liaison with building management, ensure health & safety compliance, and manage facility related tasks. Administrative Support: Assist the leadership team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate logistics for new hires and leavers (equipment, workspace setup, welcome swag, etc.). Event Planning: Organise internal events, offsites, and team-building activities that reflect our culture and values. Budgeting & Ordering: Manage office-related expenses and ensure spend aligns with budget expectations.
