You will be performing planned and reactive maintenance on a building's physical structure, such as carpentry, tiling, painting, and plastering in commercial, and industrial settings. Key duties involve carrying out emergency call-outs, completing inspections and testing, and making repairs to restore systems to a safe working order. Duties : Carry out a wide range of tasks, including carpentry, painting, tiling, plastering, glazing, and lock fitting. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, structural issues, and improvement opportunities.
