The Position The IT Services team are recruiting for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to conduct incident response, request fulfilment and approved changes on the IT infrastructure estate at B&FC, ensuring exemplary service and high levels of customer satisfaction at all times. The role will entail a blend of BAU support and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be a motivated team-player and have a broad range of skills and hands-on experience, spanning both network and systems administration. Candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills with some of the technologies below.
