As a pivotal commercial project leader, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for translating client needs into exceptional learning experiences. This role combines rigorous project management, strong client partnership, and resilient delivery execution. You will lead from contract to completion, ensuring all stakeholder expectations are met while maintaining initiative, adaptability, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of client programmes, from commercial handover through to post-programme review-delivering to time, budget, scope, and quality. Establish and maintain clear project governance, timelines, and resource planning, ensuring roles, deliverables, and milestones are well understood by all. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across project teams, including Programme Directors, Learning Designers, and commercial colleagues, among others. Build and manage project budgets with commercial insight, ensuring both profitability and quality are delivered. Serve as the day-to-day strategic partner and primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality service and building deep, trusted relationships. Who we are looking for Proven success managing high-value client accounts in a complex, matrixed environment. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen and financial oversight capabilities. Resilient, solutions-focused, and highly organised under pressure. A confident communicator and influencer, able to navigate senior stakeholders and shifting priorities. Experience in Executive Education or Learning & Development is advantageous. Familiarity with executive learning principles and salesforce is a plus. London Business School are looking for a Recruitment and Admissions Manager, MBA to join Degree Education on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to work as part of the MBA Recruitment & Admissions Team selecting the highest quality MBA class from the applicant pool, building relationships with candidates, and persuading the very best to join London Business School. We play a key role in promoting the School at events in the UK and internationally. All this is done in the context of stretching revenue and volume targets. The MBA Recruitment & Admissions Team is a busy and demanding place to work. The working environment is highly collaborative, and the successful candidate will demonstrate a capacity to work effectively as part of a team, have a sense of urgency and the ability to adapt. Please note, this role will involve occasional evening and weekend working. The ideal start date is August 2025. Main Responsibilities Read and select MBA applications in line with class targets and School requirements. Relationship management of all applicants from specified region/s including advising and guiding candidates through the admission process, positively influencing their views of our Programme and School. Arranging interviews for MBA applicants with Alumni in own region/s. Act as an ambassador for London Business School and represent London Business School at UK and occasional overseas promotional events (presentations and fairs). Delivering regular small group advice sessions for candidates (drop-in sessions and information sessions), including tours of the School. Assisting in the co-ordination and organization of overseas promotional events. This includes recruiting Alumni to help with panel sessions and fairs. Who we are looking for Good organisational skills and time management ability. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience of managing a large range of different stakeholders preferred. Experience of applying engagement/sales techniques. Exceptional understanding of customer service. International experience or outlook and understanding of cultural diversity.
