You will lead a team of skilled operatives, manage production schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximise productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities of the Production Manager: Oversee daily production activities to meet targets and maintain quality standards. Lead, coach, and develop production teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor production KPIs and prepare regular performance reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production processes. Skills required for Production Manager: Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement techniques.
