The Candidate The Candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as a Project Manager / Contracts Manager across varied sectors, on projects up to 10m value. The candidate would be responsible for 2/3 smaller projects of 3/4m value. The Project Initially looking for someone for a Shell & Core of an Industrial Warehouse, - works including Shell / Floor Slab & External works. Project Value 5.5m.
