Architectural practice seeking an Architectural Technologist (Healthcare-sector) to join their busy, growing team in Manchester as part of a UK-wide growth strategy on the back of large-scale project wins. Healthcare-sector specialists, or those with some experience or interest in Healthcare-sector Architecture. This one is for you! - Our client are a large, UK-wide practice with several regional offices. They are an established AJ100 practice with over 100 employees. In Manchester they are relatively small (Circa 10-staff) but have big expansion plans for the year ahead. With some recent senior-level hires overseeing an established and growing Healthcare sector team, they are looking to appoint Architects and Technologists to join them and support the growth in this sector. We are recruiting for a mid-level Architectural Technologist role that would initially be focused in this Healthcare team. Their work is completed primarily using REVIT software. They are big advocates of REVIT and can offer continued training to aid the further development of experience in this area. What we are looking for: An experienced, qualified Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist. Someone with approximately 2-10 (yes i know that's vague) years experience working in an Architectural studio or similar environment. Ideally this person will have experience working within the Healthcare or similar sectors and with proven experience using AutoCAD & REVIT software. This person should have good UK-building regs knowledge, familiarity with NBS specifications and an ability to work independently.
