Tenancy Sustainment Officer Location: Congleton Salary: £27,085.50 per annum Job title: Tenancy Sustainment Officer A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in Congleton. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. Purpose of the role To provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently. To uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain regular contact with 'at risk' individuals ensuring concerns are reported to relevant managers, colleagues or statutory agencies. You will be expected to ensure your relationships with colleagues and external agencies are effective and professional and contribute to the Association's values, culture and ethos.
