Lead Test Engineer - Outside IR35 - 6 Month Engagement - (Birmingham Centre) - Office once per week We are seeking an experienced Programme Test Lead to support a major public sector transformation programme. You will lead the design and delivery of a structured, outcome-driven testing capability across a complex ecosystem of systems, suppliers, and services. UX Designer 6 Month Contract 450 - 475 per day Outside IR35 North West (once per week in the office) We are looking for an additional UX Designer, who will be supporting the design of customer self-service and agent-facing portals within an agile environment. The role involves creating wireframes, facilitating design workshops, and collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and developers. You will actively participate in sprint ceremonies, contribute to iterative design improvements, and ensure all solutions are aligned with user needs and business objectives. Across multiple phases, you will lead user testing, incorporate feedback, document key decisions, and secure stakeholder sign-off at critical stages. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in user-centred design, usability testing, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to manage complex deliverables and provide clear recommendations to resolve design challenges.
