Key Responsibilities: Advise private capital clients on a broad range of tax matters (compliance & advisory) Take the lead in client meetings, providing clear and commercially aware advice Deliver high-quality work, on time and aligned with client expectations Mentor and develop junior team members to help them achieve their career goals Lead and contribute to business development, pitches, and proposals Actively cross-sell services and work collaboratively across the wider tax network What We're Looking For: CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience Proven experience managing a portfolio of entrepreneurial business clients Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax (and ideally, exposure to international tax concepts) Experience reviewing work and leading teams in a professional services environment Excellent client communication and business development skills A proactive mindset and genuine interest in helping clients and colleagues succeed Why apply?
