Job Title: IM Apps Market Engagement Lead Location: Lonon (hybrid) Contract: dec 26 Job Description: Key responsibilities: Work as a POC for market engagement - requirement analysis, requirement documentation, relevant ticketing, market communication, etc Work collaboratively with the market and Product Team to document and ensure the consistency of user experience on instant messaging across platforms and systems Define, prepare and review test scenarios & content templates that reflect business requirements Own activation of IM Apps capabilities and coordinate UVT with relevant market Extend stakeholder awareness and knowledge about IM by providing them with toolboxes, dashboards and organizing info sessions covering IM capabilities, best practices and guidelines. Own and prepare knowledge sharing documentations / presentations, etc Ensure business units are achieving business value from global instant messaging solutions Gather learnings and insights from markets Support markets with the development of business cases for IM programs and capabilities Blend commerce/marketing opportunities appropriately & seamlessly into instant messaging journeys Team: No direct team management responsibilities Qualifications: Bachelor degree in relevant subject (Business Management, Digital Marketing) Have a proven track record of delivering projects on Social Media/Instant messaging platforms Strong documentation and project management skills Must have good people skills and the ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally and in writing, across all levels Experience with digital environment and related regulatory aspects (e.g. Instant messaging in particular) Experience working successfully in a global, multicultural organization Collaborative in nature: a team player who is experienced in developing very strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and can successfully work independently Proven ability to work effectively across functions Proven ability to build a strong partnership and trust with partners and management within an organization Strong organization skills Fluent written and spoken English

Operations Business Analyst - Fashion Retail Operations Business Analyst - Fashion Retail The location of the role is Paddington, London (hybrid working) . The duration of the contract is 6 months . The pay rate on offer is 350 - 400 per day (via Umbrella agency - inside IR35) . The client is a multinational high-street retailer. Role Summary An outcome driven business analyst, delivering end to end process stability across product set up and PO management, inbound compliance, and query/SRNI resolution. Provide structure, controls, and cross functional alignment. Core Deliverables RACI clarity, SLA definition, control gate design, backlog reduction, process mapping, capability uplift, and cross functional governance. Key accountabilities of the role Inbound compliance: Align Ops, Supply Chain, Buying & Merchandising on roles, responsibilities and escalation paths Support Operations Executive PO and pricing validation controls: Identify whether discrepancies are system driven, training driven, or discipline driven. Recommend and implement improved validation controls to prevent SRNI issues. Data integrity controls: Diagnose root causes of recurring data issues (barcodes, manufacturer codes, pricing). Assess capability gaps in Buying teams and offshore teams. Define "what good looks like" for product set up post integration End-to-endBuyability and availability oversight Map e2e process and establish a cross functional view of buyability blockers and systemic failure points Set up weekly triage; define and embed ownership at each stage of process Query log reduction and process stabilisation: Diagnose why query lines remain high and where bottlenecks sit Work with Buying & Merchandising and Ops to clear backlog Recommend process or automation changes to prevent re-accumulation SRNI process strengthening for transition: Ensure Buying & Merchandising team is fully equipped to manage SRNI (Stock Received Not Invoiced) during and after transition Define transition process Identify and close gaps in data, process or capability Cross-functional integration & change delivery - drive structured problem-solving and ensure actions are delivered Key skills and experience Strong preference for Retail or Ecommerce industry experience Comfortable operating across functions and driving change Understanding of retail product lifecycle (e.g. product setup, PO creation, inbound logistics etc.) Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to map end-to-end processes Self-starter. What We're Looking For: Degree-qualified in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. Significant experience in configuration management within defence, aerospace, or maritime sectors. Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (e.g. Defence Standard 05-057). Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage technical teams. Strong understanding of configuration principles across the product lifecycle-from development through to in-service support. Experience creating and implementing configuration plans and processes aligned to regulatory and customer requirements.
