Key Responsibilities Lead and manage an estates team in line with corporate policies. Manage rent reviews and lease renewals, including third-party referrals. Reduce voids and secure best terms for new lettings. Monitor rent arrears, working with Incomes and Legal teams. Liaise with Property Management on repairs, improvements and H&S works.
