Here at North Kent College, we deliver to students across North and West Kent from our main four campuses, Dartford, Gravesend, Tonbridge and Hadlow, which is a Land Based Curriculum offering. Since our takeover of Hadlow and Tonbridge in 2020, the College have been successful in bidding for funding to deliver capital improvements at these new sites and Dartford which has further enhanced our infrastructure. As such, our busy Estates team are currently seeking a new Head of Estates to play a key role in the development of our extensive estate to provide strategic and operational leadership to this vital service area for the College. As the Head of Estates at North Kent College, you will be a key senior member of our management team, reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Executive and assisting with the development of the Estates strategy to ensure response to wider aims and plans. A rare opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join North Kent College's expanding HR department, working as part of a close-knit team in a true generalist capacity during a period of exciting change. As a trusted, credible, and business-minded professional, you'll be responsible for providing an effective and efficient HR partnering service to all levels within the College, being methodical and organised in your approach to ensure the smooth running of the provision in line with College polices, procedures and legal requirements. You'll be required to prepare, teach and assess at a variety of qualification levels, providing support and guidance to your learners as they progress through their studies. You'll have specialist knowledge of the curriculum area, which may be enhanced by any relevant industry / professional experience, as well as a formal qualification that underpins this knowledge.
