Job Title: International Credit Representative Location: London Office Are you a dynamic and accurate Accounts Service professional looking to make a significant impact in the EMEA region? We are seeking a Credit Representative to join our team in London! Key Responsibilities Order releases. Collections. Review and analyse credit applications for new and existing customers. Answer phone and emails. Process credit card payments. Any miscellaneous tasks that may come up. Collections Management: Collect delinquent accounts through phone, email, and internal True support. Monitor accounts receivables. Escalate severely delinquent accounts. Maintain detailed collection notes and documentation. Order Release and Credit Holds Review orders that fail credit. Determine if orders can be released based on payment history, credit exposure, and financials risk. Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service regarding held orders. Minimize shipment delays while protecting company assets. Accounts Receivable Support Reconcile customer accounts. Process applies, adjustments, and refunds. Investigate billing disputes and payment discrepancies. Approve due-date changes and account maintenance requests. Ensure accurate customer records. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, statements, payments, and account status. Resolve disputes professionally and timely. Maintain positive customer relationships while enforcing company credit policies. Risk Management Identify potential bad debt risks. Monitor credit exposure and concentration risks. Support company efforts to minimize write-offs and bad debt expense.
