Job Description We are seeking an experienced Electrical Services Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth delivery of projects. This is a hands-on role in a small team environment, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate electricians, labourers, and apprentices. Schedule and book jobs; maintain project trackers. Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone. Estimate and price jobs from drawings and site surveys. Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements). Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards. Support NERS/ICP projects and liaise with DNO/IDNO. Skills and experience: Essential: Previous electrical supervisor experience Ability to supervise electrical staff on site Ability to work in a team as well independently. Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Full UK driving license. Desirable: Qualified Electrician. Knowledge of RAMS, CDM 2015, and ISO 9001 compliance. Strong estimating and pricing skills. NERS/ICP experience highly desirable. Qualifications: 18th Edition , ECS/CSCS card. SSSTS/SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely preferred. Salary & Benefits: £35,000-£45,000 per annum (Dependent on experience) Company fuel card, phone. Training and certification support.
