Overview As an Operations Manager / Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in planning, resource management, compliance, and team leadership while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes. Role Details Role Overview: Full-Time, Permanent Lead and manage operational teams on a day-to-day basis. Coordinate and oversee project delivery across freshwater, wastewater, and utility works. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and company policies. Liaise with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and workforce allocation across multiple projects. Prepare and review project reports, risk assessments, and method statements. Monitor performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and support staff development and training. Ensure all works are completed in line with technical specifications, industry standards, and environmental requirements. Support operational planning to maximise efficiency and service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience within the freshwater, wastewater, utilities, infrastructure, or construction sectors. Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role. Strong leadership, organisational, planning, and communication skills. Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within demanding operational environments.
