Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting, tax, and audit requirements. Providing strategic insight to support commercial decision-making and business performance. Cash flow forecasting and working capital management. Continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and systems. It is essential that the Head of Finance is in possession of their full accounting qualification - ACCA, CA, CIMA or equivalent - and also have strong commercial experience ideally in an all encompassing role within an SME environment. You will be commercial in all aspects of your approach and will be comfortable operating in an ever-evolving, fast paced business where your strong technical skills and influence will be invaluable.
