As our portfolio grows, we're looking for a creative and organised Interior Design Assistant to join our team. About the Role: This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll support and work closely with our head designer and project manager across multiple live projects - from initial concept through to final installation. You'll have the opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the design and build process in a fast-paced, detail-oriented studio. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating mood boards, concept designs, and sample presentations Support in space planning, FF&E selection, and producing detailed specification schedules Prepare for client presentations and internal design reviews Prepare CAD drawings, layouts, and visual aids using design software Research and source furniture, finishes, fixtures, and materials Carry out site visits with head designer and assist with on-site styling and installation days Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants Assist with documenting project progress for our social media team Requirements: Strong Interior Design knowledge or relevant experience in the industry Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) Knowledge of SketchUp or 3D visualisation tools is preferred Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail A proactive mindset and the ability to multitask in a team environment A full UK driving licence (essential for site visit) Knowledge of Programma preferred but not a requirement Why Join Us?
