What's in it for you The Marketing and Sales Support role is responsible for supporting Thermo King UK's marketing and sales activities to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Assist with the development, maintenance, and improvement of internal sales systems and processes. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, sales support tasks, and customer engagement initiatives. Support lead generation and follow-up activities arising from marketing campaigns and events. Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. What you will bring Experience in a marketing, sales support, or administrative role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience coordinating events, exhibitions, or promotional activities. Good understanding of marketing channels, including social media, direct marketing, and trade publications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with internal systems and databases. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving. Desirable Qualifications and Experience Marketing qualification or relevant business qualification. Experience within a B2B environment. Familiarity with CRM or sales support systems. Position Overview: The Projects Engineer role will support the sales teams, customers, and stakeholders in providing technical advice to develop and successfully implement products and service solutions to meet customer needs. The primary objective is to develop business development relationships with sales, customers and sub-contractors and deliver a high standard for projects in the HVAC and Process Cooling industry. Key Responsibilities Accountable for the procurement for all equipment and subcontracts works related to all projects in your control. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, acting as a trusted point of contact. Accountable for in and outbound calls to suppliers, sales teams, customers, and stakeholders. Able to communicate complex technical engineering activities to non-technical stakeholders. High volume and fast paced so able to be flexible and adaptable during each project and keeping customers updated throughout. Attend site visits with Sales Engineers and stakeholders to advise and produce costings and quotes on installation projects. Internal Controls and Processes Participate in review of new projects to finalise designs of new orders at commercial level. Attend project handover with the customer to confirm scope and timeline requirements. Produce detailed project plans and troubleshoot issues on technical engineering scenarios. Co-ordination of equipment parts and subcontractors to ensure required deadlines are achieved. Providing technical support to clients and sales engineers, co-ordinating projects. Managing installations and commissioning of industrial cooling systems to ensure they are technically correct to an acceptable standard. Managing engineers/teams on site, ensuring contract agreements are met and health and safety standards are maintained. Identify resources and assign responsibilities. Financial control of projects including budgeting and costs. Assist in filtering design flaws throughout the project. Skills and Capabilities Knowledge of manufacturing industry an advantage Project Engineer background is an advantage. Project Management with commercial experience at intermediate level People and communication skills with a positive mindset Able to work with minimal supervision. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) National travel and able to travel to other Countries when required. Trane UK Ltd is seeking a proactive Controls Technician to support customer sites across Thames Valley. You will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC control systems, applying air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. You will work with internal and external partners on new facility set ups and retrofits, maintain safety standards, and communicate clearly with service desks, sales and operations to drive customer satisfaction on every project.
