Composite Technician (Laminating / Trimming / Finishing) Oxfordshire Competitive Hourly Rate / Salary (DOE) Contract or Permanent Opportunities Available We are working with a highly respected advanced manufacturing company in the Oxfordshire area, specialising in high-performance composite components across sectors such as motorsport, aerospace, and automotive. Due to continued growth and project demand, they are looking to bring in experienced Composite Technicians on either a contract or permanent basis. The Role You ll be involved in the full lifecycle of composite component production, working within a skilled and fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include: Laminating composite components using prepreg and/or wet lay-up techniques Vacuum bagging and preparing parts for autoclave curing Trimming, fettling, and finishing components to tight tolerances Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and lay-up manuals Carrying out quality checks to ensure high-performance standards are met Working across a variety of complex and bespoke projects What We re Looking For Proven experience as a Composite Technician / Laminator / Trimmer Strong background in prepreg laminating (motorsport/aerospace preferred) Experience with trimming, bonding, and finishing techniques Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team What s on Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge composite projects Contract or permanent options depending on preference Competitive rates / salary based on experience Overtime opportunities available (project dependent) Clean, modern manufacturing environment Why Apply?
