Used Car Sales Manager Franchised Motor Dealership Croydon Our well respected motor trade client is seeking a Used Car Sales Manager for their franchised main dealership, main dealer experience is essential for this position. Salary: Basic - 35k - 40k OTE - 56k - 64k Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6pm . Saturday 9am - 5:00pm, every other Sunday 10am - 4pm. Day off in the week. Company car Responsibilities - Managing the team of Sales Executives and a Business Manager - Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products - Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email - Working to market vehicles and services on offer both in the dealership and online - To ensure delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility - Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way - Collating finance proposals for customers - To ensure full compliance to FCA guidelines on the selling of financial services products by all relevant staff.
