FCC Environment is seeking a Baler Operator in Tees Valley. This full-time role averages 40 hours weekly with rotating 12-hour day/night shifts. You will safely operate baling equipment to process recyclables, ensuring bales meet weight, size and quality specifications while upholding health, safety and environmental standards. You will contribute to efficient material handling, participate in routine checks, and support sorting tasks as needed.
