Who We're Looking For A strong track record of delivering sales growth across multiple sites or business units in a consumer membership, hospitality, leisure, retail or similar environment. Experience coaching and influencing managers and frontline sales teams, including having clear and constructive conversations about underperformance. Confidence using sales funnels, CRM systems and business intelligence dashboards to turn data into focused action. Strong commercial judgement across sales volume, conversion, price and yield, customer experience and net membership growth. Clear communication skills and the credibility to build productive relationships with club teams, senior leaders and cross functional partners. A self directed, pragmatic style; comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities and taking ownership through to delivery.
