You will lead operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic testing environment. Normec Group in Northampton is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to contribute to materials testing, including Soils, Aggregates, Bituminous and cementitious products to BS and BSEN standards. You will schedule samples, organise lab workflows and present data. The role is a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, based on-site with free parking. You will train others, perform routine equipment checks, maintain cleanliness, and uphold Health & Safety and Quality manuals.
