Job Summary Due to the continued growth and the opening of our newest office, we are looking to add additional Negotiators to our team! Our Sales & Lettings Negotiators are primarily focused on building trusted relationships with both Vendors and Applicants. Allowing them to give the very best possible advice and guidance to help them, whether that is buying, selling or renting a property Core Responsibilities To build trusted relationships with all stakeholders Arranging market appraisals and property viewings Obtaining and providing feedback post viewing Negotiating offers Updating Clients on the marketing of their property Verifying buyers ability to proceed before confirming sale Ensuring relevant legal compliance To uphold the Karl Tatler way To work as part of a team and individually Key tasks To uphold the Karl Tatler Way To work as part of a team and individually Be aware of workload and report to line manager daily/weekly Excellent customer service and organisational skills Key results/objectives Happy Clients!
