We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Live-in Care Manager to support the new live-in care service. Salary: up to £35,000 Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Team Management: Conduct the interviewing, and selecting of candidates. Oversee the day-to-day management and supervision of the live-in care team. Conduct regular supervisions, appraisals, and spot checks to ensure high standards of care delivery. Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff, handling any complex issues or concerns that arise. Client & Service Management: Conduct initial assessments and create bespoke care packages for new live-in clients. Oversee the seamless introduction of carers into clients' homes. Maintain open communication with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Handle and resolve client feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensure all client files and records are accurate, up-to-date, and secure. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management or senior-level role within a live-in care or domiciliary care setting. Proven track record of business development or launching a new service is highly desirable. A relevant professional qualification, such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Thorough knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. Desired Skills & Attributes Exceptional Leadership: The ability to inspire and motivate a new team. Strong Commercial Acumen: A strategic mindset for business growth and financial management. Excellent Communication: Clear, effective, and empathetic communication skills with clients, families, and staff.
