This opportunity would suit an experienced Home Manager looking to step into a regional role, or an established Multi-Site, Regional, Domiciliary Care, or Learning Disabilities Manager seeking a new challenge. Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) Cardiff 45,000 - 50,000 per annum JCO Healthcare are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established nursing home in Cardiff to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate nurse leader to join the senior management team of a successful 58-bed nursing home, supporting the delivery of outstanding care and clinical excellence. Working alongside a second Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership across a 7-day service, supporting the Home Manager, mentoring the nursing team, and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently achieved.
