Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years in global payroll management, with a proven track record of managing a payroll team. Must have experience within a fast-scaling tech startup, SaaS company, or a global workspace. Lifecycle & Legal Literacy: Strong conceptual understanding of the global employee lifecycle, including international employment laws, visa/mobility restrictions, and localized benefits management. Process Architecture: Strong expertise in business process mapping, creating payroll SOPs, and implementing internal controls/checklists to ensure zero-error execution.
